Dr. Sheena Spielberg brings over fourteen years of clinical experience, academic excellence, and a passionate commitment to proactive, preventative, and whole-person medicine. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and earned her medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, an honor reserved for the nation’s top medical students.
She completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Missouri–Kansas City, receiving the prestigious Sirridge Award for Outstanding Clinical Performance. Following residency, she served as an Adjunct Professor at UMKC and later as Medical Director at Truman Medical Center, all while maintaining a thriving primary care practice and training future physicians.

Beyond her clinical expertise, Dr. Spielberg is known for her warm, grounded approach and exceptional listening skills. She embodies the lifestyle she encourages, rooted in movement, vitality, and longevity. When she isn’t with patients, she’s running, cycling, paddleboarding, or exploring the newest research in optimization and performance medicine. She believes the human body is designed to move, adapt, and thrive, and she brings that philosophy into every patient relationship.
